I trained in programming and I worked at Thomson Reuters, building codes to extract financial data into stock exchanges for 2-3 years, but it wasn’t for me. I transitioned into the banking industry after that, where I worked for over two and a half decades. However, the seeds of my life's work were sown early on by my mother's philosophy of prioritizing education and providing the best environment for her children to learn and grow. When I was a child I compared myself to others who seemed to have more and I was envious and angry. I asked my mom about it and she calmly explained our financial situation and limitations.
That was the moment I understood that my parents had given me everything that they could and it taught me the importance of gratitude and cherishing what we have. This lesson became the cornerstone of my approach to life.After that, I took every opportunity I could to learn and improve myself and later achieved many things in my career. I had met Faith by then, and we had both witnessed and experienced the Asian Financial Crash.
It made the same impression on us - we realized that it doesn’t matter how well the industry pays you, your position there is never safe. Fast forward a few years and a friend introduced me to a business talk. I didn’t have time so Faith went first.
We both had doubts about the opportunity but a spontaneous trip to Taiwan with my friend opened my eyes to the immense potential of this business. It became clear that I needed to think beyond my corporate job and create passive income. Faith and I decided to join and work towards financial freedom.
For many years, I juggled my corporate career and building our team and community, commuting weekly between Singapore and Malaysia for longer than most people would withstand. Embracing adversity brought incredible rewards, as our teams flourished. By 2009 it was time to formalize our community and we co-founded Dreams Workshop to help individuals develop and reach their full potential.
Now, with a deep sense of purpose, my mission is to guide others towards financial independence and personal growth. I believe in the potential of this business and strive to present it accurately to help people create passive income and design their own fulfilling lives. Through my journey, I've learned that it's up to us to make things work, and I encourage others not to shy away from challenges but embrace them as opportunities for growth.
After completing my studies at Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts and gaining valuable experience in production companies and advertising firms, I embarked on a fulfilling journey as the owner of my own graphic design company for nearly two decades. It was during this time that my brother introduced me to an alternative entrepreneurial opportunity offered by Dreams Workshop, which I am grateful to have explored and understood.
Compared to traditional career paths, this opportunity has provided me with the freedom to control my finances and time. By continually learning and utilizing my interests and hobbies, I have built a thriving community on a fair and sustainable business platform.
The true power of this opportunity lies in learning from those who have already achieved success. Through Dreams Workshop, I have gained access to the mindset and strategies of accomplished individuals, enabling me to develop comprehensive skills and guide others on their entrepreneurial journeys. I’m currently pursuing a PhD in International Business Management at APEX University Sains Malaysia. Alongside my studies, I also work as a research assistant and tutor students and in my professional life, I serve as a global sales account manager in the technology industry. I work during the day and dedicate my evenings to thesis writing. It's a challenging journey that I have accepted because I wanted to have a better future.Over time, however, I began to realize that I was always busy and I was determined to break free from this cycle. I decided to join Dreams Workshop three years ago and looking back, I am grateful I took the leap. The community has been a catalyst for my personal growth, inspiring and motivating me to become the best version of myself.
Most of all, I’m grateful to have met my mentors, Swee Sun and Faith. They have played a significant role in guiding me towards a different path, one that doesn't involve running on empty day in and day out. In my professional life, I serve as a global sales account manager for a US public listed technology company. My role involves catering to Forbes 500 companies and generating over $100 million in annual revenue. Being in sales, I constantly face immense pressure to meet weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets. It hasn't been an easy journey, but I've always understood that any achievement or goal in life requires hard work and dedication.
Initially, I dedicated most of my time and energy solely to my job. However, I gradually realized that this wasn't the life I truly wanted. It was during a challenging period in my life that my best friend introduced me to Dreams Workshop three years ago. Joining this community marked a turning point in my life. I gained a positive outlook on life and began to believe that dreams can be achieved, making everything seem possible. Slowly, I discovered the lifestyle I had always yearned for.
I am incredibly grateful to my mentors, Swee Sun and Faith, who have consistently encouraged me and shared their invaluable experiences. Their guidance has shaped me into the person I am today. Although I am a scholarship recipient and an engineer, I always had a passion for entrepreneurship. When I learned about Dreams Workshop, I was pursuing my university education so it took me three years to immerse myself in the environment and understand the business opportunity presented to me.
Engineering is a practical and valued profession but ultimately I made a difficult decision to break free from the traditional career path tied to my scholarship bond. I chose to wholeheartedly commit to the pursuit of early financial and time freedom, which I achieved.
Today, I am honored to lead a team of over 150 individuals who share my enthusiasm for entrepreneurship. Additionally, I have learned so much about nutrition and healthy eating habits, which I believe are paramount to overall well-being. Above all, I’m committed to making a positive impact on the world and be a role model for new members who join.
I ventured into the corporate world of banking with a Bachelor of Actuarial Science (Hons) and my smarts as a member of the Mensa Club, and although I had a well-paying job that provided stability, I couldn't escape the realization that financial and time freedom still eluded me. Determined to uncover opportunities for passive income and fulfill my dream of stylishly traversing the globe, I found invaluable allies in my best friend Wei Hong and my mentor, Swee Sun.

I’m from Taiwan and four years ago I was immersed in the world of professional psychology research. I also happen to be a second-generation member of Amway. Growing up, I witnessed my mother's fondness for Amway's safe and eco-friendly products, a love that predated my existence. As I entered adulthood, I discovered that this community was more like a nurturing family than a sales-driven business environment. Here, everyone genuinely cared about each other's growth and prosperity. It was this philosophy that drew me in, and I decided to stay.
After graduating from university, I've been fortunate to have mentors from the Dreams Workshop community who continue to guide me along life's path. It's truly a blessing to experience ongoing support and now my dream is to travel all over the world, learn about different cultures and to always have peace of mind.

My career began at Citigroup after graduating with a Banking and Finance degree, but I questioned the security of my future during the 1997 financial crisis - it truly seemed like just having a job wasn’t enough and I wondered what I would do if I was faced with the uncertainty I had seen my seniors go through.
I started a few businesses outside of working hours to explore my options to be self-sustaining. I sold mooncakes, sarong skirts, push cart sales, I even started some flea market events with my uni friends. Quite by chance, a friend of my husband invited us to some business talks and I went to check it out. Initially, I was not keen to learn more as I was busy with my own ideas, but after taking the time to review the business opportunity, and after being urged by my husband to give it a try, we decided to join.
I was inspired by the mentors and I wanted to improve lives so I put my ideas into the community and built a thriving beauty community. Our team organized events, fashion shows and make up competitions, we promoted personal growth and showcased our products. I loved working alongside like-minded individuals and seeing our success grow. As our team numbers increased, we saw the need to support more people not just with business information, but also personal growth tools and education and that’s when we created Dreams Workshops. It’s a community to support and uplift one another, and we value cooperation and compassion over competition.
Through my journey, I personally experienced the transformative power of finding purpose, building a supportive community, and striving for personal and collective success and Dreams Workshop is the place to be to share how you can achieve that too.
I left the finance industry more than a decade ago. Since starting Dreams Workshop, I found my calling to make a positive impact in communities and have become actively involved in social outreach and volunteer work. I volunteer at the Singapore Women Association as a Certified Laughter Yoga Coach to bring joy and happiness to the seniors in Nursing and Old Folks Homes. At Dreams Workshop we include events to contribute and give back to society including food distribution projects for the needy in Singapore, beach cleaning, tree planting projects in partnership with the National Parks Board and I also help to raise funds for non-profit organizations through volunteering projects such as Car Washing Day, Pre-Loved Bazaar Charity Sales.
The dedication and drive of the team constantly inspire me, making my work enjoyable and fulfilling. Now, looking to the future, I envision Dreams Workshop becoming a leading force in Singapore and beyond, driven by the commitment and vision of its members.
Having completed my Bachelor of Pharmacy (Hons) and working as a Medical Conference Specialist for 3 years, I reached a point where my job consumed me, leaving little time for the things I truly loved. It was during this time that my dreams of backpacking around the world and making a difference through charity began to fade away. However, everything changed when I discovered the remarkable "Enchanted Garden" vision, which ignited a spark within me and reminded me that everyone has the potential to fulfill their dreams.
Inspired by the profound words of my mentor Swee Sun, "If you make your dreams come true, the first thing to do is to wake up," I realized that in order to breathe life into my aspirations, I needed to initiate change in my life. I changed my mindset and learned entrepreneurial skills. I embarked on a journey of personal growth, achieving both financial and time freedom along the way. What truly resonates with me about this business is the understanding that success is not a solitary endeavor. By sharing knowledge and supporting one another, we can collectively achieve our dreams. As a daughter of a business family, I witnessed firsthand the tireless efforts my parents put into building their businesses. As a scholarship holder and a proud graduate from Malaysia's top university, specializing in biomedical engineering, my journey led me to work as an engineer in Singapore during the day. I graduated with an engineering degree from the University of Malaya, and started my own business in the 3D printing industry during my final year. I wanted to be a Startup Founder and chart my own path but I started the business during a challenging period of economic downturn and that’s when I learned how important it was to have passive income.
By pure coincidence, I crossed paths with my mentor, Swee Sun, who transformed my perspective on community-led business models and introduced me to the inspiring world of Dreams Workshop. Under his guidance, we have cultivated an environment for learning and teamwork where we get to achieve our dreams earlier in life. Now, I spend my time organizing activities for the community, giving lectures and teaching what I’ve learned and I travel to other cities to help others live better lives.
I am a singer-songwriter, crafting music across genres like pop and indie. In 2019, I found myself working as a Traffic Consultant in Malaysia, but my heart was set on pursuing my passion for music. It was during my time studying for a Bachelor of Civil Engineering at university that I joined Dreamsworkshop and ventured into the Amway business.
The path of a full-time musician is no easy feat, but I am immensely grateful for the support of Dreamsworkshop. Through their guidance, I have achieved early financial and time freedom, turning my dream of a music career into a tangible reality.

I was born into poverty, where my family constantly struggled to make ends meet and we often went to bed hungry. Despite these challenging circumstances, I believed my experience with poverty was my greatest asset, and I was determined to succeed and provide a better life for my family.
I tried many different ventures, hoping to find success, but each attempt fell short. Eventually, I shifted my focus to the banking industry and became a fund manager. However, the pursuit of financial gain alone wasn’t enough. I had bigger dreams. I searched for something more, I wanted to find a platform that would help me achieve my dreams.
That's when I discovered Dreamsworkshop, a community and environment where we can chase our dreams collectively. From the moment I joined, I was blown away by their warmth and optimism. What struck me the most was the genuine spirit of cooperation that the entire team had.
With the support of Dreams Workshop and the guidance of my mentors, Mr & Mrs Tay, I surpassed the success of my traditional career within a mere three years and attained financial freedom.
